I have supported clients with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I integrate cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and mindfulness in therapy interventions. I use creative activities like art and music where helpful and mental health counselling skills to support clients further.
